How can I travel to the event?

8 Northumberland Avenue is situated within walking distances of a number of transport links and Trafalgar Square.

Closest station:

Charing Cross – Strand Exit

Waterloo – Waterloo Road, heading North

Closest underground station:

Charing Cross – Trafalgar Square exit

Embankment – Embankment Place exit

Leicester Square: Exit 1

Are there parking facilities at the venue?

There is no on-site parking at the venue, so arrangements have been made for you to use London Q Park who offer our guests a 20% discount on pre-bookings for 24-hour parking.

What time does the event start and finish?

Registration will start at 8.00am and the general session will start at 9.00am. The last session will end at 5.30pm, you are then invited to join us for networking drinks which will end at 7.00pm. 

Will I be sent my ticket?

We do not send tickets. Your ticket will be ready at registration desk for you to collect. More information on the specific registration procedure will be sent no less than 2 weeks before the event.

Can tickets be purchased at the venue on the day of the event?

No, this facility is not available. Please ensure all tickets are booked prior to the event online or through bibire@maddoxevents.com

How often will I receive email updates and what information do they contain?

You will receive an update bi-weekly and then every week in the 3 weeks leading up to the event. They will contain information on the agenda, about the format of the day and the workshop information.

What is the dress code?

There is no specific dress code. We encourage attendees to wear whatever they find most comfortable, although most people joining us tend to opt for the smart casual approach.

Will there be somewhere I can store my bags/coats?

There will be a manned cloakroom at the venue where you can leave your belongings. We would always recommend keeping your valuables on your person at all times.

Will there be an agenda available on the day?

Yes, you will receive a printed version at registration.

What will the agenda comprise of?

You are permitted to all sessions. The agenda will have a main plenary, a track and a workshop and seminar room.

Do I need to sign up for the workshops?

More information on workshops will be confirmed closer to the event date.

Are the presentations recorded?

Yes, the main plenary will be recorded and available to speakers, event partners and gold passes post-event.

Will food be provided?

There will be a light breakfast available during registration, coffee breaks AM and PM with light snacks and lunch will be provided. Networking drinks are also available from 5.30pm on the day.

What do I do if I have dietary requirements?

Is there somewhere that I can make private calls and use my laptop?

Please ask at the registration desk.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, there is wheelchair access throughout the entire venue. Please let us know prior to the event if you require this access so that we can give you specific information.
